Outreach & Education

The 10th Annual Sarasota Film Festival's Outreach and Education Program reaches children of all ages with inspiring messages, stories from around the world and opportunities to stimulate learning. “KidsFest” has now become “youthFEST” as the film selections reflect more progressive and socially relevant themes from countries worldwide. Not made exclusively for youth audiences, the films approach how young people deal with issues of culture, expression, respect and decision-making while still remaining entertaining and fun. To parents, we encourage you to make the most of this rare opportunity and see these exceptional films with your children and then meet the extraordinary filmmakers dedicated to creating great films that challenge us at any age to envision a better world.
